PAU! Large scale low-income housing projects situated in terrible urban designs. It will probably not be long until they are slum-like. Strangely, the buildings are often completed by rockstar architects such as Alejandro or Thom. So, what happens is some iconic buildings working solo. To be fair, I do not blame the architects. Plus, Thom's project was super. Not completed, but clear it will be rich in experience within the labyrinth. A few days later, he will tell me the construction costs of the building total around seventy dollars a square foot. Cheap. In the morning, the class met with the city department in charge of implementing the architecture of the PAUs. Afterwards, we toured many of the buildings.
