A little sleep in the evening. Now, return to the university to setup the graphics for the post-graduate exhibition. Wall space was tight. We decided to re-print all the boards at half scale. This was also a nice indication of how the book spreads will appear when printed. I have to admit, I like them more when they were printed tighter. We noticed during test presentations the jurors do not notice small bits of text or graphics. To contradict this, we pumped many things up to some kind of blinding super power. The book will be a little different, as there will be many passes at viewing the spreads. Each successive view, will reveal more information. I had to repair some of the school's model stands. Some more plastic work. And, I thought I was done with plastic for a while. Good to have white spray paint handy. The exhibition setup looks great. I could not bring myself to leave the school while I was there. I helped out a little in the shop with some model construction. I do not know why. |
