New urban design desire, graphic design. I made a decision to volunteer to take lead on all the graphic work for the Madrid project. First, I have done enough three dimensional work on the Hollywood project for three lifetimes. Second, Eliz and Aaron are much more proficient in Rhinoceros than Maya, whereas I am the opposite -well, at least I prefer Maya. Therefore, modeling I do does not always translate correctly, and can slow the team down. Finally, graphic work is can be back ended much more, which should give me more time over the next week or so to finish the Hollywood project. A calculated risk, as diagramming has not been my favorite chore throughout this process, but I need to plan a stance and assure the team I will be there for them. Immediately, I am trying to find some way this time versus distance diagram can convey our research. It has been the most problematic of our regional diagrams. At the end of the day, I am forced to add more text than I like. <continued> |
