The wall panels have been sealed in ABS. PETG has been pulled for each panel. Another portion of this job is complete. Early in the morning, I split off to do some graphics and text for presentation boards. I am not sure how I feel about this task. I have to question the importance of spending too much time on this portion of the job. We are falling further behind each day. At least something will be complete. People will be able to see what it was supposed to look like. Great. Again, there is resistance to commencing the wiring phase of the project. A problem, given the time and the fact there are over a thousand lights and hundreds of yards of wiring. I know my frustration on this matter of ridiculous mismanagement is likely mirrored by my teammates in terms of things I have not done well. I think the team has never truly gelled. I blame this on the complexity of the project and the consistent time crunches that have resulted from too many rest sessions between deadlines. <continued> |
