I could not be more happy accept to sleep forever. That must have been one of the biggest pushes of my life. Sleep is absolutely necessary. The only problem is: I have guests. Or, more appropriately, a guest. Corbett left late last night. I do not even know when, or why. Today, Jody tried to awaken me several times. Jody has had better ideas. Waking a sleeping beast is never smart. Sometimes, it must be necessary. I do not understand what she is seeking from me, if anything. Or, how I am to be around her. I would prefer to be myself. Clearly, I am most interested in architecture and school is number one. This is why, I cannot settle for two or three hours of sleep the day after a five day working session. Everybody left early! Now the beast can continue to rest, alone. I want to be invisible for a couple of days. One last moment to separate from the work. A chance to stare into the emptiness, and find something poetic in a corner. <continued> |
