It is difficult not to crash today. Two midterms in two days, yet another few assignments due tomorrow for Thom. Plus, there is the weekly temptation to enjoy a happy hour with my colleagues in the courtyard followed with some typical end of the week shenanigans. A Saturday morning class goes a long way to testing such temptations. These times are a reminder to my remaining ties to humanity and the inherent weaknesses thereof. As expected, Payne was not the biggest fan of the completion of the flower. Somethings should probably be dropped, such as the ziggy stardust experiment. While the composition was not executed to perfection, it must be kept in mind this was the first time we got it anywhere near this point. In fact, this was the first time we were able to successfully pull a single full pedal -let alone, six full pedals intended to fit together. <continued>
