Previous, Next

Some lady pulled an incredible act of terrible driving. Good thing my front brakes are decent. Whipped the tail of my bike a bit. Unfortunately for some dude, his car was in the way. Double trouble, I decided I did not have time to stop. The print was in great order. I was not able to get it constructed for the presentation. People not happy. Still, I know what I have, and I know I have two weeks. Plenty of time. Tonight, I piled this thing together. The printed holes for structure did not work as well as they can. The size may have been too small, which caused the holes to become dimples. Back to drilling. Old school. Also, some of the curvatures changed. I think this is a side effect of the Zap process. Next time, I will construct it, then zap it. Speaking of zap, I left I chunk of my finger attached to the model. That junk is strong. I had to use an x-acto blade to cut off the skin of my finger. Of course, I was not going to sacrifice the model! It works, the pieces move. It is not pretty. That is the next step: beautification of those mechanics.
