I finished Bratton's book design today. That was a little bastard. Actually, it is not really finished. I need some materials from the professor to square it away. Unfortunately, those materials do not seem to be coming any time soon. First quarter officially in the books. I cannot explain the relief and excitement that washed over me the second I emailed out the final assignment for the quarter. Wow. The next quarter begins next Thursday. I still do not know which classes I will take. I know it is a research studio, option studio and two other courses. It would be interesting to get out of the architecture building for some classes over the year. I have little time, and few electives from which to do this. Who knows? Further thoughts on my studio project. It seems at this level the stakes are raised tremendously. As such, deviations from the programme are extra risky. The sticky masses project is a reflection of this ideal. <continued>
