Laundry. Two and a half month's worth of laundry. Yes, it took a while. Long overdue web update. It may be a good idea to rest a little for the coming semester. I know Denari plans to run two ten week projects in one ten week quarter. I like that type of super speed work. Double the dose of Denari. I recommend watching Over the Top. It is wonderful. Air Tight, Water Tight. Those are the two projects. Air planes and water movement/cleansing/storage. The idea is: if you can roll your wrist over to top, you reduce the opponents strength. Time will tell if I can get over the top in ten weeks.
